Because I didn't get the answers I was looking for .as to way my foot is still swollen .and asked if I could have a scan on it .to find out what's happened. I got told see you in 4 weeks .so not happy.

Listen to patients.when they know something gone wrong with operation.

Friendly , gave their name and asked how I’d prefer to be called. The actual procedure (although not pleasant) the staff were reassuring at all times, and professional not a long procedure but to an oap it’s scary. So thankyou for the care. Gavin Hill and team

Because I went to A&E firstly and was directed to minor injuries etc and was seen within 10 minutes by a very nice doctor who was very kind and helpful

The treatment from the staff was good however the long wait to see a doctor (5 hours) was unacceptable for a 72 year old with a head injury.

I feel the systems in place could be improved as we were moved back and forth between waiting areas not knowing at what stage in the process we were at or how much longer we would be waiting between different practitioners carrying out different elements if care.
